Hi, I'm Cath

When I started my coaching business I thought marketing would be a breeze - I'd worked in marketing and business development for 25 years before training as a coach, so how hard could it be?

I soon discovered that promoting yourself is a whole different ball game. You're suddenly doing EVERYTHING! Then there's the uncertainty, overwhelm and imposter syndrome kicking in. Plus you've got opposing advice coming at you from all angles.

I left my corporate marketing role because I was burnt out and disillusioned with marketing - I didn't want this to happen again in my own business.

So what did I do? I went back to basics, shut out the noise and built my marketing approach around the fundamental principles I'd been using throughout my career. It's simple, intentional and effective.
